❥ By commissioning me you are agreeing to my Terms of Service
I only accept payment in USD through PayPal & Ko-fi.
I am allowed to decline any commission.
Payment will be discussed and processed before I begin working on the commission.
If there are any large changes requested after rendering has begun there will be an additional fee that will be decided based on the amount of changes wanted.
I retain the rights to every image I produce.
● When you pay for the commission, you are allowed to use it however you like. However; you do not have the right to claim that you created the artwork. Please give me proper credit (leaving a link to my Instagram is preferred so people can find me) if you are planning to re-upload the work.
● You are not allowed to profit off of my work without discussing it fully with me beforehand
● Any edits to my work will be done with my permission only. (No extra charge unless it's a large change which we will discuss).
● Other Clarifications ●
If you would like to see your commissions status you may ask directly (though it may take some time to respond) through Discord or other social media.
The default canvas size that I draw in is 3000 x 3000 pixels. You may request that I use different dimensions if you are wanting a specific size.
My default image format is PNG but you may ask for me to convert it to a different file type.
I will only draw NSFW if I am given proof that the recipient(s) are 18 years old or older.
I do draw NSFW however extreme fetishes/fetishes I am uncomfortable with drawing are an extra charge that we will discuss.
❥ Before I Post Your Commission
I will likely post your commission to any social media I believe it would fit (most likely DeviantArt/Instagram/TikTok/Bluesky) at a low resolution but I will send you the full resolution.
If you do not want the artwork I make for you posted on any social media and for it to be kept private please tell me in your [Commission Form]() or before I post it!
I don't mind keeping it private!
● Important ●
● Before commissioning me please take my art style into consideration. I will not draw in anyone elses art style but I am open to crituique and am willing to try new techniques to fit your character aesthetic. Make sure you really look at my art to make sure I am the artist you are wanting for this piece!
● Unauthorized duplication, alteration or usage for commercial purposes is prohibited without proper and prior permission from me.
The commissioner is allowed to use the copywrited artwork for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise.
The commissioner has the right to claim the ownership over their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
